Built-in Tether Strap vs. Car Restraint
The Car Seat comes with a built-in adjustable tether strap sewn inside the seat. This clips directly to your dog’s harness to keep them restrained while travelling. The separate DOOG Car Restraint (sold individually) is a more secure option, as you can attach your dog directly to the seatbelt buckle. Many customers choose to add our DOOG restraint to their order, as it is a safer, more secure option.
